Holloway Benefit Concepts was founded in early 2011. After having served 8 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Ryan transitioned from a Marine into an HR role in 2003. This began his journey and started his passion for helping employees and companies alike.

Recognizing how much he enjoyed helping people understand their benefits and eager to learn more, Ryan then went to work for a Third Party Administrator and then spect several years with a major insurance provider who focused on partially self-funded solutions for small and medium sized employers with different Life Insurance in Texas.

At this point in Ryan's career, he realized there were many more viable options out there for businesses than most businesses, and even a lot of brokers / agents, realized.

Realizing he could help more folks in the consulting world than he could on the insurance company side, Ryan entered into the broker community and spent just over 4 years with a major regional broker here in Texas.

Picking up on the entrepreneurial spirit of his clients and colleagues alike, Ryan branched off on his own in early 2011 with one mission which is to educate area small and medium sized business on different employee benefit options that are available, because there are plenty. Unfortunately, most agents in this industry just don't take the time or have the background to be able to bring these options to the table.

Holloway Benefit Concepts wants to change that, one client at a time.
