Group Planning and Company Insurance

Employee Benefit Programs are one of the most expensive, yet meaningful endeavors that a company will ever take on. Outside of compensation and culture, the thing that often influences an employee to work for (or continue working for a company) is the quality and cost of the benefits program. Don't be one of those companies that treats their benefits program like a commodity.  Your employees aren't commodities, so the programs that protect your employees and their families shouldn't be either.

Many companies start out with just a group health insurance medical plan, but as time goes on and the business evolves and matures, so should the employee benefits program.  After medical, typically ancillary lines of coverage like dental and vision are added in, and as the employee base and the business matures, so should the benefit offering.  At some point it will make sense to start looking at extra life insurance and disability coverage to help protect your employee base.  Click on some of these items to the left to learn more about them.

As the business owner, you have the ability to put the protection and coverage in place that your employees want and need for themselves and their families.  If they are not getting it from you, I promise they will look elsewhere and in many cases, leave to get it.
