Vision Insurance is a great benefit that is typically offered on a voluntary basis.  A good quality vision plan should be $10 or less a month per employee and can provide great value to a policy holder. The main thing you need to remember if you have a vision plan is USE IT! There are great benefits on most insured vision plans and you can normally get new glasses or contacts for very little cost when using a vision insurance plan.
